7%  Water (worchester sous+appelasyn+ys) Max 30% fat.

  The price for a packet is calculated on the lowest mass in each range.

 i.e when the price is 128 R/kg, The packets in the 500-529 g range is priced at R64 / kg as for 500 g.

Each individual product is vacuum packed and frozen for optimal shelf life, hygiene and freshness.

Dimensions

Package size is normally dependent on the mass of the cut.

Normally about. 30N mm thick and 170 mm long and between 120 to 180 mm wide.
