Nguni Beef - Unique?
1. Nguni's don't exactly carry around loads of fat on their bodies and as we refuse to supplement with grain or waste-products, and harvest directly form the veld, meat-cuts tend to be lean.😊 But never too lean.
2. As grass-fed animals, Nguni-beef tends to be a little tougher than meat from sleepy, flabby "farm-fabric" cattle, who moves around very little -- our cattle instead, use their muscle - they are fit and healthy. 😊
3. Nguni-beef is known for its flavor - definitely not 'bland'. 😉
4. Nguni's are small-framed animals - don't expect giant 'rumpsteaks' and T-bones. 😉
5. Watertrap Nguni-beef is naturally rich in vitamins and nutrients. Smaller portions - more reward.
Don't wait - get a taste! 🙂
